Welcome to CLIFF HANGER Holiday Club 2026—four action-packed mornings of massive games, creative crafts, legendary mountain dramas, and life-changing discoveries as we explore the greatest Mountain Adventures of the Bible.

What is Cliff Hanger All About?
Each morning at basecamp, our explorers will team up for an unforgettable journey. We’ve designed a high-octane program packed with everything kids love:
• Epic Games: High-energy team sports, wild challenges, and outdoor active games to burn off summer energy.
• Creative Crafts: Awesome hands-on projects to design, build, make, and take home.
• Live Mountain Drama & Stories: An interactive journey through famous mountain stories in the Bible, showing how God meets us at our highest peaks and lowest valleys.
• High-Energy Songs: Memorable music, actions, and daily challenges that will get everyone on their feet.

When registration opens, every child is placed into one of our four legendary mountain teams. Together, they’ll earn points all week through great teamwork, active games, and daily challenges to see who will take home the Cliff Hanger Summit Trophy!

• 🏃♂️ Peak Performers (Orange Badge): Standing tall, encouraging each other, and celebrating victory together!

• 🚀 Rocky Rockets (Blue Badge): Fuelled up and ready to blast off to exciting new heights!
Parent Peace of Mind (Safety & Trust)
We know that sending your child to a holiday club requires complete trust. At The Cellar Church, their safety, care, and happiness are our absolute priorities.
• Fully Vetted Staff: Every single one of our leaders and helpers has undergone strict background checks and holds a clean, up-to-date DBS certificate.
• First-Aid Trained: Certified pediatric first-aiders are on-site and active throughout the entire morning.
• Secure Check-In/Check-Out: We run a strict sign-in and sign-out protocol. Children will only be released to designated parents/guardians with matching check-out passes.
• Snack & Dietary Care: We provide daily, healthy mid-morning snacks and drinks. We are a strictly nut-free site and are fully prepared to cater safely to any food allergies or medical needs specified on your registration form.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need to attend all four days?
While we highly recommend joining us for the whole trek (as the team points build up all week and the stories connect!), we welcome children to register even if they can only make specific days. Please just note this on your registration form!
What should my child wear/bring?
Explorers should wear comfortable, active clothing and closed-toe shoes (like trainers) suitable for running around both indoors and outdoors. Please apply sun cream before arriving, and bring a labelled water bottle. We'll handle the rest!
My child doesn't attend church. Can they still come?
Absolutely! Cliff Hanger is open to every single child in the Ellesmere community and surrounding areas, regardless of background or faith. It is designed to be a welcoming, inclusive, and fun experience for everyone.
How is this event completely free?
Cliff Hanger is fully funded and hosted by The Cellar Church as a gift to our local Ellesmere families. There are no hidden costs, fees for materials, or premium charges.
